We have a large showroom and parts department and of course a fully equipped workshop so you can actually view and handle virtually every type of machinery we supply. And if you wish to try or demonstrate a particular machine, this is no problem even if like ourselves your working hours mean you cannot visit us in working hours then not a problem we can meet you on site or open the show room for you at an arranged time.
Ideally we always like to do a site visit especially when choosing perhaps ride-ons or larger equipment and give you some honest advice and to see the garden or working area. Our aim is to know that our customers needs and concerns have been met to give them quality, user-friendly equipment at the right price with a full service package, to make the maintenance of their garden a pleasurable experience.
Our traditional and some might say old fashioned values and honesty, we feel are the core of our business and our customers have allowed us to be where we are now . So our two motto’s .. Small enough to care big enough to cope… ….And we service what we sell..
We attend most of the major local shows and some of yourselves have probably seen our stands at maybe Honiton Agricultural Show. Or perhaps Axminster `Festival Show, and of course we have been winners with our stands many times at both in the past... And hopefully in the future.
It seems we increasingly hear the same things when visiting or speaking to new customers, that they were not told that when they bought the product.. or we thought it would work on a slope. Or worst still it looked OK on the internet... Or we didn’t realise they are just a shed and have no workshop or back up.. So we are always here to help and have machinery to suit all budgets….. And of course everything we supply is for the UK market and is always fully pre-delivery inspected. Ready for use and delivered and installed to you and we only take payment when you the customer are happy.
We normally have a various selection of used equipment all of which we offer fully serviced and ready to use or be demonstrated.
